Insurance:

I am currently in network with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield(prescriptions are needed for ALL Regence members as of 12/23) and I'm also able to accept PacificSource out of network if your plan covers massage. Unfortunately at this time I can not accept OHP. It is best to be sure that your specific plan covers massage therapy(CPT Code 97124). For new insurance clients I may need up to a week to confirm your coverage. Co-pays vary depending on your plan.

Billed:

The prices on the Service and Rates page reflect the prices for treatments payed in full at the time of service. For billed massages, I bill at the standard rate of $30.00 per 15-minute unit. 

*Discounts such as the student/teacher or firefighter discount are for treatments payed in full at the time of service and do not apply to billed treatments.
